Welcome to Custom Tikes Trucks (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms govern your use of our website and any products or services we provide, including the ordering, payment and delivery of custom-built Little Tikes-style vehicles (the “Service”).
By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About Us
Custom Tikes Trucks is a small independent workshop based in the North East of England.

2. Orders & Payments
- All builds are made to order and payment in full is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and exclude delivery unless stated.
- We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe or PayPal). We do not store card details.
- Once payment is received, we will confirm your order by email and allocate a build slot (typically 2–4 weeks).
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Because each truck is hand-built to your specification, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering to qualify for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, materials and labour may already have been committed; partial refunds will be at our discretion.
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange repair or replacement.
4. Shipping & Collection
- We offer UK and international delivery via insured courier, or collection by appointment.
- Shipping costs vary by location and are confirmed before dispatch.
- Risk in the goods passes to you once collected or delivered.
5. Product Information & Safety
- All trucks are built from genuine Little Tikes donor vehicles and modified for display or supervised play.
- Motorised builds are limited to low speeds (approx. 4–6 mph) and must be used under adult supervision on level ground.
- Custom Tikes Trucks cannot be held liable for misuse, unsupervised operation, or unauthorised modification after delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, videos, branding and text on this website remain the property of Custom Tikes Trucks.
You may not copy or reproduce any content without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
We may link to or embed content from third-party platforms such as TikTok, Stripe or PayPal.
Use of these services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product concerned.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be announced on our website or by email before they take effect.
